Program Days

Our MMO Program offers four attendance options:

Each family will choose one of the above options when registering their child.  The three and four day options are only available for children who are two years or older.  Once the selection is made, should you need to change your families’ option or day(s), please contact the MMO Director in writing and we will try to accommodate you.  It is our belief that to best serve your child we must also be flexible when possible.

Hours of Operation

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am –1:00 pm. The doors to the MMO area will be opened at 9:00 am promptly. Please do not try to take your child to his room prior to 9:00 as the teachers are preparing the class for the school day.  We follow the Cobb County School Calendar for all closings and holidays.

FEES:

Registration Fee 2008-2009

A registration fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.  This fee covers the cost of a tote bag, craft supplies, baby wipes, tissues, paper products, cleaning supplies etc…and will cover the entire school year.  The fee is based upon the attendance option you choose for your child.  

• $ 80.00 - 1 Day Per Week
• $115.00 - 2 Days Per Week
• $125.00 - 3 Days Per Week
• $135.00 - 4 Days Per Week

Tuition

• For the 2008-2009 School Year - Tuition payment is due by the 15^th of the month in advance of each MMO month.  August tuition will be due on August 15th.  A $10.00 late fee will be charged for delinquency after the 20^th. 
• If the tuition and late fee are not paid within 14 days of notification, your child may be removed from the MMO Program. 
• There will be a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
• No credit will be given for absences – from illness, vacations or weather related closings.
• Should there be a problem with getting payment in on time, please contact the MMO Director.
• A written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to withdrawal of a child from our program or the tuition for the entire month must be paid.

Acceptable Forms of Tuition Payment

• Bill Pay through your bank (you can direct your bank to pay County Line on a designated day for a desired number of payments)
• Check or cash (payments must either be mailed or placed into the payment box located in the vestibule of the Ford Building).

Tuition for the 2008-2009 School Year

The following tuition amounts are based upon the number of calendar days we are open.  The annual tuition is then then divided by 9 to make as many equal payments.  Should you have further questions, please contact our office manager, Lori Lohr.
